We are fortunate to have Nils Gustafsson joining our group. Nils has a Master’s degree in physical sciences. He presented his PhD in live-cell superresolution microscopy at University College London and has thereafter worked with single molecule microscopy at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and oblique plane microscopy at Imperial College London. With his background, Nils will play an integral part in developing cutting edge biophotonics instrumentation together with detailed spectral and image analysis. With particular knowledge of fluorescence imaging techniques, his expertise will strengthen our multidisciplinary environment.
